Project objective
Introduction of dynamic pricing based on various external factors from the areas of products, customers and situation. Design of algorithms and introduction of automation.
Approach / Methodologies
Development of dynamic factors in joint workshops, testing of the factors in various branches over a period of 3 months. Refinement of the factors and development of an IT and implementation concept.
Project results
Price increases up to 81% without loss of revenue to avoid stock-outs, differentiated price reduction up to 50% to avoid obsolecence, overall approx. 2% price increase and approx. 10% obsolecence/waste reduction.
